Longview Public Library is using a state grant to create a Storybook Walk in a park. The project places pages along an outdoor route so children and families can read a story while moving through the community.
It is a small design choice with a generous effect. Reading becomes active, public, and easy to share, giving families a reason to slow down together while making a familiar place feel newly playful.
