The Good Daily provides a positive daily newsletter and related content for informational and entertainment purposes. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information but do not guarantee completeness, reliability, or accuracy.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive email communications from The Good Daily. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.
Advertising services
We offer paid advertising placements within our newsletter. We guarantee a minimum of 50,000 views or email opens per advertisement unless otherwise stated in writing. Due to privacy features such as Apple Mail Privacy Protection, open data may include estimated or proxy opens and may not represent unique human views.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, we do not guarantee clicks, conversions, sales, or return on investment. All reporting is based on our internal analytics and is considered final. If guaranteed views are not met, we will provide a make-good such as additional placement to fulfill the remaining views.
Ad approval and deadlines
All advertisements are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or request edits to any advertisement that is misleading, inappropriate, or not aligned with our brand. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their content and compliance with applicable laws.
Payments and refunds
All advertising must be paid in full prior to placement unless otherwise agreed in writing. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once an advertisement is scheduled or delivered.
Third-party links and purchases
Our newsletter and website may include advertisements or links to third-party products and services. Any purchases made through third-party links are solely between you and the third-party provider. The Good Daily is not responsible for third-party transactions, products, services, or outcomes.
Intellectual property
All content created by The Good Daily, including text, branding, logos, and design, is the exclusive property of The Good Daily and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
