Jordan Hope stopped when he saw an older man struggling across a busy Arizona road in worn-out shoes. The 18-year-old gave him his own slides, helped with a prescription, bought his favorite candy and arranged a ride home.
Only afterward did Hope learn that the man had recently lost his wife. The two planned to stay in touch, and the man told ABC15 he was grateful to have found a new friend.
